    One of the benefits of introducing bicycle lanes is that their maintenance and installment is inexpensive. In this way fewer taxes will be needed to fund the project. Besides, drivers who do not care for others park and block the lanes. As a consequence, cyclists cannot continuou on the route and they are forced to go round the cars, being exposed to the dangers of the streets.

    The main benefit of the light rail system is the minimal noise disturbance. Because it is powered by electricity, the noise that is produce is far less from the expected. Also, it can carry more than 300 people per trip. On the other hand, in order to install and maintain this piece of work, the government will have to increase the taxes, because money will be needed to finish the project. Another drawback is that is sb decide to use the rail system and is in a hurry, he will definitely be late, because the driver of the train is not allowed to drive faster than 80 km/h. And this because of security issues.

     To sum up, despite the advantages of introducing bicycle lanes in our town more suitable would be to start thinking of constructing a rail system. Even though it is expensive and slow, it is the best solution for the city.
